Canine core strength and conditioning

Canine strength and conditioning workshop aims to help improve the physical health and wellbeing of all dogs. Specific, targeted exercises are used to enhance the flexibility, balance, speed, mobility and muscular strength of all dogs of any age and ability.

The workshop aims to introduce clients to the possibility of controlled specific muscle building exercise to help their own dogs through whichever stage of life they may be at.

The exercises used can help a range of common conditions such as hip/elbow dysplasia, obesity, IVDD, osteoarthritis and so much more. It can also help dogs who do not have any specific orthopaedic conditions as the exercises will provide owners with home enrichment ideas, additional ways to exercise their dogs both mentally and physically and improve muscular strength to avoid injury in the future.
